2 day training
We will deliver in-person training to cover all the basics and technical skills your teams need, to find and hire the right skills for your business.
We will give you our tried and tested, best in industry, templates to make sure your teams are able to identify the skills you need and to safely and effectively test them. These will include things such as:
- Competency frameworks
- Interview templates
- Job briefing templates
- and everything else you need!
For 6 months after the training, we will provide 1 hour weekly mentoring calls to your team.
We will make sure they are using the new skills they have learnt in the right way, and we'll be on hand for them to get advice on tricky roles and situations.
