Our Services
Consultancy Services: We will build a sustainable and cost-effective Talent Team to source and hire the best talent in the market directly, reducing agency fees and instilling company values into the hiring process.
Immediate Support: We can add an immediate lift to your Recruitment function either on site or remotely. We only work with known to us Recruiters so they will hit the ground from day one.
Audit & Review: We can conduct an initial audit to establish current recruitment practices, agency arrangements, turnover and hiring cadence, recruitment fees, interviewing methods and recruitment strategy. We will make recommendations as a result.
Tech: We can review the market for suitable ATS platform. We will interview providers for you, make a recommendation based on your needs and we can also run the implementation for you.
EVP: We will review your existing EVP and opportunities through your current outputs. We will talk to your employees, set up a linked in page, careers page, create your content, build a content calendar and help you to take your EVP to market!
